Job Summary
Service Advisor in a luxury automotive context acts as the liaison between customers and technicians, writing repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates, and maintaining proactive, timely communication throughout the repair process. Uses Fixed Operations technology to coordinate with technicians and parts, delivering excellent customer service and recommendations to keep vehicles in top condition. Requires dealership service experience and CDK knowledge; German/Porsche experience is a plus. Full-time role with incentive-based pay within a large, multi-brand automotive group.
