Job Summary
Automotive Service Center Manager Trainee responsible for overseeing Service Advisors and Technicians, gaining understanding of expense management, participating in interview and selection processes, and delivering performance reviews and progressive coaching. Requires technical aptitude, a desire to lead and manage a team, a valid Driver's License, and a goal to obtain ASE A4 & A5 Certifications. After completing the Manager Trainee Program, relocation is available. Eligible for full-time benefits and relocation assistance.
