Job Summary
Oversee and advise Service Advisors and Technicians while advancing technical expertise and gaining understanding of expense management. Write and deliver performance reviews, provide progressive coaching when necessary, and participate in the interview and selection process for team members. Maintain technical aptitude to tackle complex challenges and obtain ASE A4 & A5 certifications. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and be available to relocate upon completion of the Manager Trainee Program. This role offers a base pay of $22.50/hr with weekend premiums and includes paid ASE testing and certifications.
