Job Summary
Oversee and advise Service Advisors and Technicians; gain understanding of expense management; participate in interview and selection; write and deliver performance reviews and progressive coaching when necessary; upon completion of the Manager Trainee Program, relocation is available; actively pursue leadership within the service department by demonstrating technical aptitude and a desire to lead a team; pursue ASE A4 & A5 certifications to support technical and leadership development.
Required Qualifications

- Desire to obtain ASE A4 & A5 Certifications
