Job Summary
Automotive Service Center Manager Trainee role overseeing and advising Service Advisors and Technicians, participating in interview and selection processes, and delivering performance reviews with progressive coaching. The program emphasizes expense management, leadership development through Advanced Leadership Training Programs, and eventual relocation after program completion. Requires ASE A4 & A5 certifications and a valid Driver's License. Base pay is $21.63/hour with Saturday/Sunday weekend premium pay of $2.50/hour; this is a full-time position based in Sycamore, Illinois.
