Oversee and advise Service Advisors and Technicians; gain understanding of expense management; participate in interview and selection; write and deliver performance reviews and progressive coaching when necessary; pursue Advanced Leadership Training Programs to grow leadership capabilities; relocation assistance available upon completion of the Manager Trainee Program; compensation includes base pay of $21.63/hour with weekend premium pay; benefits after 91 days of full-time employment and opportunities for ASE certifications.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License
- Desire to obtain ASE A4 & A5 Certifications
