Oversee and advise Service Advisors and Technicians in the Automotive Service Center while developing leadership capabilities. Responsibilities include expense management, participating in interview and selection, and delivering performance reviews with progressive coaching. Candidates should have a technical aptitude, desire to lead a team, and a valid Driver's License; ASE A4 & A5 certifications are desired. Relocation is available upon completion of the Manager Trainee Program, and the role offers full-time employment with a base pay structure starting at $21.63/hr plus weekend premium. Required Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License
- Desire to obtain ASE A4 & A5 Certifications
