Job Summary
Automotive Service Center Manager Trainee program at Blain's Farm & Fleet. You will oversee and advise Service Advisors and Technicians, gain understanding of expense management, participate in interview and selection, and write and deliver performance reviews with progressive coaching. Upon completion of the Manager Trainee Program, candidates must be available to relocate (Relocation Assistance Available). The role includes leadership responsibilities and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned retailer renowned for benefits and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License
- Desire to obtain ASE A4 & A5 Certifications
