Job Summary
Automotive Service Center Manager Trainee oversees Service Advisors and Technicians, gains understanding of expense management, participates in interview and selection, writes and delivers performance reviews with progressive coaching, and advances technical leadership within Blain's Farm and Fleet. Relocation assistance is available after completing the Manager Trainee Program. Requires technical aptitude, a desire to lead and manage a team, a valid Driver's License, and pursuit of ASE A4 & A5 Certifications. Position is full-time in DeKalb County, IL.
