Job Summary
The Automotive Service BDC Representative is responsible for taking inbound service calls from prospective customers and making outbound calls to schedule service appointments. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, collecting information, providing solutions, using scripts for customer service topics, building rapport, documenting interactions, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized, have familiarity with CRM programs, and maintain a customer-focused attitude.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Business Development Representative or in a similar role is preferred
