Job Summary
Greet customers, obtain vehicle and customer details, determine and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age/mileage/history, perform follow-up calls with previous clients, monitor progress of each vehicle, and clearly explain completed work and charges to customers; require a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, willingness to learn new programs, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
