Greet every customer entering the facility with hospitality and respect, presenting the best repair solution clearly to ensure their satisfaction. Manage the store's workflow effectively while consistently selling services with honesty and integrity. Direct and coordinate customer service activities, including shuttling customers in branded vehicles, and ensure all repairs meet proper specifications. Maintain a positive team atmosphere by assisting colleagues as needed and communicating professionally on the phone. Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself, and the customer while working in a high-volume environment. Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm, with a current driver's license and proficiency in automotive store applications required.
