Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Manager

Advise customers on vehicle service and repairs with clarity and integrity while leading front counter operations in a busy automotive repair shop. Coach and support service advisors on communication, sales, and process to ensure consistent customer service and sales execution. Own the store-level customer experience from initial call through vehicle pickup and partner with the Operations Manager to execute shop systems and standards. Manage advisor training, accountability, and process consistency to protect the company's reputation and culture. This hands-on leadership role focuses on people management and execution rather than technician inspection timing or pricing matrices.
