Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor-Writer responsible for offering world-class customer service, understanding Jiffy Lube products and multi-care auto services, accurately capturing guest needs, providing tailored options, offering impartial advice on manufacturer time/mileage recommendations, and performing oil changes and preventative maintenance as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Includes training through Jiffy Lube University and opportunities for advancement after achieving A-5 certification.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience is essential and requires at least 2 years working as CSA for a dealership, automotive shop, tire center or quick lube. Simply put, we're looking for people who can provide exceptional customer service with a strong ticket average.
