Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor / Writer at Jiffy Lube providing guests with world-class customer service, capturing guests' product needs, and offering options tailored to automotive maintenance. Responsibilities include understanding Jiffy Lube services, communicating updates, giving impartial advice on manufacturer time/mileage recommendations, performing Signature Service oil changes and other preventive maintenance, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requires at least 1 year of automotive/retail experience and strong customer service skills. Full-time with comprehensive training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to operate automotive service equipment (oil and grease guns, diagnostic or service machines)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push/pull/bend/twist and safely maneuver work materials
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to participate in training programs at Jiffy Lube University
