Job Summary
Conduct automotive diagnostics and customer consultations at a Santa Cruz Bosch Car Service Center, managing service appointments and coordinating with technicians for repair orders. Deliver outstanding customer service and utilize strong computer skills to handle administrative tasks and scheduling. Maintain a positive attitude and multitask effectively within a stable, 30-year-old shop environment.
