Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor / Writer at DARCARS of Frederick responsible for presenting, consulting and selling automotive warranty products and repair services to customers, generating accurate repair estimates, communicating completion times to customers and technicians, handling service calls and appointments, and maintaining high customer satisfaction and CSI. The role requires strong customer service, phone and computer skills, knowledge of manufacturer specifications, adherence to warranty guidelines, and compliance with applicable laws and company policy; prior automotive Service Advisor experience is highly preferred and the position includes competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of eighteen years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background)
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience highly preferred
