Job Summary
Conduct daily tire and service sales while addressing customer concerns regarding brakes, suspension, ride control, tune-ups, and alignments. Achieve sales goals and budgets by maximizing profitability through proven sales drive and excellent communication skills. Utilize provided training resources to support customer needs and respond effectively to repair inquiries. This role offers a five-day work week with commission-based compensation, paid vacation, and opportunities for advancement within BIG O Tires.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated Tire / Service sales experience
- Excellent communication, or organizational and written skills
- Customer oriented and able for responding to customer concerns and and repair concerns
- Achieving sales goals and budgets while maximizing profitability
- Knowledge of Brakes, Suspension, Ride Control, Tune ups, Alignments, Tires and More
