Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor/Writer responsible for greeting guests, presenting repair solutions in clear terms, managing store workflow, and selling services with honesty. Must build long-term relationships with customers, communicate professionally by phone, coordinate parts, and ensure repairs meet specifications. Role involves teamwork, occasional shuttle duties in a branded vehicle, and delivering high-quality customer service in a high-volume automotive setting. Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm schedule. Requires valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the insurer; proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications; prior automotive customer service, service write/advisor, or sales experience. The position is for a brand-new, company-operated Christian Brothers Automotive location opening Fall 2026, with franchisee employment details and confidentiality preserved.
Required Qualifications
- Current driver’s licenses
- Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier
- Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications
- Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role
