Job Summary
Meet with customers to determine repair needs, monitor vehicle progress, and update clients frequently. Build customer relations while maintaining ethical business standards and professional image. Oversee technician efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times. Maximize sales by executing retail promotions and participate in quality control. Develop and document standard operating procedures as appropriate. Requires accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control, plus automotive experience. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control.
- Automotive service advisor experience.
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check &drug screen
