Job Summary
Service Advisor at Hyundai of Vacaville serves as the primary point of contact between customers and our service team. Key duties include greeting customers promptly, listening to concerns, documenting issues, creating repair orders, communicating customer concerns to technicians, recommending maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and inspections, preparing estimates and obtaining authorization, updating customers on repair status and timelines, coordinating with technicians and parts, reviewing repairs and invoices with customers, maintaining dealership CSI and customer satisfaction, following all procedures, and building long-term customer relationships while supporting service department goals and fixed ops performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Basic computer proficiency
