Job Summary
Greet every guest with hospitality and respect, presenting the best repair solution clearly to ensure satisfaction. Manage store workflow efficiently while consistently selling services with honesty and integrity. Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities, including shuttling guests in branded vehicles and ensuring repairs meet proper specifications. Maintain a positive team atmosphere by assisting colleagues and building long-term relationships between the store, yourself, and the guest. Work Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm, standing and walking the majority of the day with occasional lifting over 30 lbs. As a locally owned operator, Christian Brothers Automotive provides precision auto repair with transparency, offering guests access to modern facilities equipped with factory scan tools.
Required Qualifications
- Current driver's license
- Knowledge of automotive parts & functions
- Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications
- Experience with TekMetric
- 5+ years of experience in an Automotive Customer Service role
- Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm
- Being on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)
- Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 30 lbs.
- Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
