Service Advisor role serving as a liaison between customers and service technicians; greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, schedule appointments, communicate work orders to technicians, provide accurate cost estimates, obtain customer authorization before repairs, keep customers informed about status and changes to completion time, maintain detailed records of interactions, services performed, and parts used, and promote dealership services to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive industry preferred
