Job Summary
Serve as liaison between customers and technicians in the service lane, presenting vehicle repair recommendations and writing repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates. Maintain proactive, timely communication with customers and collaborate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion of work. Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to utilize Fixed Operations Technology to support vehicle maintenance needs and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Tech Savvy—able to learn and utilize technology
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor Experience is a plus but not required
