Job Summary
Greet customers professionally and document their concerns while inspecting vehicles to verify service needs. Recommend services based on knowledge and communicate technician updates to facilitate informed decisions. Provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time, then track returns and warranty parts. Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and process ticket cash-outs with warranty explanations. Work five days including Saturday with a minimum of $17.00/hour plus commission. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Professional appearance
- Proven ability to work in a process driven environment
- Possess valid driver's license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday
