Job Summary
Greet customers professionally in person and on the telephone, then listen to and document their concerns while inspecting vehicles to verify service needs. Recommend services based on appropriate knowledge, communicate technician updates, and provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time. Follow procedures for cashing out tickets, conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction, and track new and core returns. Work a minimum of five days including Saturday, earning up to $20/hour plus uncapped commission.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Professional appearance
- Proven ability to work in a process driven environment
- Possess valid driver's license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday
