Automotive Service Advisor

Greet customers professionally in person and on the telephone, listen to concerns, and document service needs by inspecting vehicles and reviewing service history. Recommend services based on appropriate knowledge, communicate technician recommendations clearly, and provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time. Update customers daily on service status, process ticket cash-outs with warranty explanations, and conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction. Track new and core returns and warranty parts for individual customers. Work Monday through Saturday in a process-driven environment, adhering to all company policies and standardized customer service techniques.
