Job Summary
Greet customers professionally and document their concerns while inspecting vehicles to verify service needs. Recommend services based on appropriate knowledge, communicate technician updates, and provide accurate quotes for cost and completion time. Track returns and warranty parts, conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, and cash out tickets after reviewing inspections. Adhere to company policies and demonstrate behaviors consistent with store standards. This role offers bi-weekly pay ranging from $48k to $85k, plus tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and medical benefits. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance
- Proven ability to work in a process driven environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license, or ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license within 30 days of hire date
- State Inspector License or ability to obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days of hire date
- ASE Certified Service Consultant Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire date
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends
