Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, listen to concerns, and document service needs while inspecting vehicles and verifying history. Recommend services, communicate technician updates, and provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time. Promote parts and accessories, explain warranties during ticket cash-outs, and conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction. Track returns and warranty parts while adhering to company standards. Work Monday through Saturday with physical demands including standing eight hours, lifting up to 70 pounds, and exposure to shop hazards.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work in a process driven environment
- Ability to work Monday - Saturday
- Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and re-focus
