Automotive Service Advisor to oversee service orders and flow of the drive lane, provide concierge support for owner inquiries, efficiently allocate technicians’ time, dispatch work, answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs, and assist in diagnosing problems and ordering parts/tools. This role focuses on delivering prompt, courteous, and effective service, driving technician productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a full-time, weekend-included dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
