Job Summary
Automotive dealership seeks a Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to repair needs, present recommended services, provide accurate repair estimates, act as liaison between customers and service technicians, sell extended warranties, and maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by keeping customers informed on progress and outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include articulating repair needs, following dealership policies, and communicating repairs and costs to customers. Eligible applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and pass background/vehicle checks. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, paid training, 401(k) with profit sharing, and career advancement; compensation is based on experience with a range of $50K up to $200K.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS proficiency preferred
- Must have strong customer communication skills both in-person and on the phone
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to manage in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and company policies regarding the safeguarding of all customer, company, and manufacturer information, as well as customers' vehicles and property
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record Check, and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license
