Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer at Space City Toyota seeks an experienced service advisor to greet customers, assist with inquiries, perform vehicle walk-around and MPI, drive to sell technicians’ time to meet department forecasts, discuss applicable service specials, prioritize services, document declines, build and maintain customer relationships, keep customers informed on completion times and expenses, and ensure a positive dealership experience. Responsibilities emphasize customer service, clear communication, and KPI-driven performance; Toyota experience is preferred but not required, and candidates must have computer proficiency and a valid driver’s license. Salary is commensurate with experience; full-time position with benefits and relocation eligibility.
