Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer needed for a growing independent auto repair shop. The role involves selling automotive services to retail customers with no prospecting or cold calling; customers come to you. Ideal candidates have strong customer service and communication skills, knowledge of how to sell, and an enthusiasm for cars. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a criminal background check. The position supports service to all makes and models (gas & diesel, foreign and domestic) and requires basic computer skills and a fast, self-motivated learner. Location is Colorado Springs, CO.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of verifiable and current customer service experience and/or 1 or more years of automotive experience
