Job Summary
Greet customers, listen to concerns, and write detailed service orders based on customer input; review vehicle recalls and applicable warranties; answer phones, schedule appointments, and communicate with technicians throughout repairs; provide cost estimates for mechanical and maintenance services; maintain customer satisfaction and support upsell of services within a fast-paced dealership environment. Requires service-writing experience and familiarity with automotive systems; Reynolds and Reynolds DMS knowledge is a plus, with a focus on clear communication and strong customer service to drive dealership standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year service writing experience required
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems preferred but not required
- Reynolds and Reynolds DMS knowledge preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills and strong desire to sell
