Job Summary
Greet customers, obtain vehicle information, and inspect cars to recommend essential services based on service history. Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts, then check repair progress throughout the day. Contact customers regarding estimate changes or promised times, explain requirements in detail, and secure authorization before additional repairs. Review completed repair orders to ensure work is finished and properly documented before closing orders. Explain all completed work and charges to customers while maintaining high satisfaction standards. Required Qualifications
