Job Summary
Act as the crucial link between customers and technicians for the dealership, greeting clients, understanding vehicle issues, creating repair orders, providing cost estimates, coordinating service, managing workflow, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, communicating with technicians and warranty staff, advising on maintenance and upsell opportunities, following up on repairs, and administering warranty repairs according to specifications. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and sales abilities, plus a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds up to 60 feet
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of automotive technologies and service processes
- Experience in customer service or related roles is beneficial
