Job Summary
Greet customers immediately upon arrival and conduct professional 360-degree walk-around inspections to note mileage, damage, and service needs. Act as the liaison between the customer and technician, translating concerns into actionable repair orders while explaining recommended repairs and costs in plain language. Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to ensure repairs complete within promised timeframes, proactively updating customers on vehicle progress. Offer maintenance options based on manufacturer recommendations using a low-pressure, high-integrity approach, and handle complaints with empathy to strive for first-time resolutions. Oversee final quality checks before delivering vehicles, ensuring all work meets standards to maintain Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
