Job Summary
Greet customers, manage repair orders, and communicate vehicle needs throughout the service process. Prepare estimates, obtain authorization for repairs, and coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion. Review completed work with clients before delivery, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities to promote recommended services that support departmental revenue growth. Maintain clear, professional communication while building long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Service Advisor, Service Writer, or automotive customer service experience preferred
