Automotive Service Advisor

Manage and direct all service department activities, including overseeing up to ten employees and leading the team through inspections, diagnosis, and repair of domestic, European, and Asian vehicles. Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to clients, consulting on services requested, and discussing pricing estimates while promoting shop specials. Build comprehensive repair orders, source parts, and maintain inventory counts to ensure facility cleanliness and organization. Follow up with customers on estimated completion times and other duties as assigned.
