Job Summary
Direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, delivering exceptional customer service; oversee vehicle inspections and build computerized repair orders with pricing estimates, sourcing parts, and promoting shop service specials; lead, manage, and train a team while aligning with company values; supervise up to ten employees and ensure inventory control, cleanliness, and organized operations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of store or service experience
- General automotive knowledge
- Excellent customer service disposition
- Good communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Team building skills
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience
