Job Summary
Assist customers in selecting suggested service using a walk-around process to build rapport and generate accurate estimates. Schedule appointments, maintain organized calendars, and conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure value and integrity. Resolve customer complaints while upholding professional standards and honesty throughout the purchase process. Work Monday through Saturday in a fast-paced environment with paid training, medical/dental coverage, and career growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday
- Strong Computer & Phone Skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Current, valid driver's license
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Pass pre-employment testing including a background check
