Job Summary
As a Service Advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, you will be the primary point of contact for service customers, advising them on maintenance, coordinating repairs with technicians, preparing repair orders, and communicating service updates and costs to ensure a seamless automotive service experience from check-in to vehicle pick-up. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong customer relationships, and guiding customers through vehicle maintenance and repair options using manufacturer guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a service advisor role or a similar customer-facing position in the automotive industry is preferred
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
