Job Summary
Oversee service orders and drive lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous customer service. Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone or in person, distribute work efficiently among technicians, and answer technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs. Assist in diagnosing issues, order parts and tools as necessary, and ensure daily technician time inventory is sold to customers. Full-time role including some Saturdays with commission-based pay ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, plus PTO, holidays, 401(K) matching, and comprehensive insurance benefits. Required Qualifications
