Manage the premium loaner fleet using TSD software and act as the liaison between technicians and clients, providing accurate promise times and proactive updates. Intelligently prioritize technician recommendations based on safety and primary concerns, explaining the rationale behind every service item. Process all paperwork accurately to close out repair orders with precision, building deep relationships that drive repeat and referral business. This role supports our award-winning team during the construction of a massive, state-of-the-art new facility.
