Job Summary
Full-Time Experienced Automotive Service Advisor responsible for scheduling service appointments, greeting customers, accurately documenting vehicle problems on repair orders, test-driving with customers, referencing service history, providing clear cost estimates for labor and parts, establishing promised times, obtaining signatures and payment method authorization, keeping customers informed of progress, implementing service-marketing initiatives, ensuring quality control, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and upholding a professional, team-oriented approach in Bud Clary Auto Group’s Longview service department; requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-centric focus, with a valid driver's license and driving record in line with company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work on feet for extended periods
- Demonstrated ability to manage others and achieve service/sales objectives
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in writing clear repair orders and estimates
