Greet customers promptly in the service drive, build strong relationships, and serve as the main point of contact throughout the repair process. Communicate vehicle repair recommendations, timelines, and updates clearly while maintaining Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Oversee service orders, distribute repair orders efficiently between technicians, and assist with diagnosing vehicle concerns and coordinating parts or tools. Help ensure technician productivity and daily labor sales goals are achieved while supporting warranty administration and service department processes. Reinforce dealership policies, foster relationships with technicians and management, and participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
