Oversee service orders and distribute repair orders efficiently between technicians to help ensure daily labor sales goals are achieved. Assist customers with vehicle maintenance recommendations, warranties, and repair information, and support warranty administration and service department processes. Maintain Customer Satisfaction and Customer Success Index scores at or above company standards while reinforcing dealership policies and fostering strong relationships with technicians, management, and manufacturer representatives.
