Job Summary
Guide customers through elected services and act as the primary contact between them and auto technicians. Advise clients on tires, brakes, and other recommended services by explaining benefits, costs, and product features in an easy-to-understand manner. Build trust to gain repeat business while helping customers make informed decisions. Achieve daily sales goals while ensuring positive customer experiences. Full-time role with a competitive base plus commission up to $80,000 annually. Requires 18 years or older, previous sales/service experience, and a valid driver's license. Located in West Springfield, MA.
