Job Summary
As Automotive Service Advisor, serve as the liaison between customers and technicians to ensure vehicle maintenance needs are met. Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates, keep customers updated with timely communication, and coordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic while utilizing Fixed Operations Technology to support service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age or older
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor Experience is a plus but not required
