Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, schedule service appointments, and manage service workflow to ensure timely repairs. Communicate vehicle service details and repair recommendations clearly, provide cost estimates, and coordinate with technicians for accurate diagnoses. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history while following up to ensure satisfaction. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service department area. This role requires a valid driver's license and proficiency with service management software. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and a professional demeanor
Desired Qualifications
